Mamaearth Aloe Vera Gel Review
I’ve been using the Mamaearth Aloe Vera Gel for a few weeks now, and I must say, it’s a game-changer for my skin and hair! The gel is incredibly lightweight and soothing, with a fresh aloe scent that isn’t overpowering. It absorbs quickly without leaving any sticky residue, which makes it perfect for daily use.
For my skin, it works wonders as a hydrating gel especially after a long day or sun exposure. It calms redness, irritation, and minor breakouts almost immediately. I also love using it as a cooling mask or under my moisturizer, which keeps my skin soft and refreshed.
On my hair, a small amount works as a natural moisturizer for dry scalp areas, leaving my hair feeling smooth without any greasiness.
What I love most is that it’s made with 99% pure aloe vera and vitamin E, free from harmful chemicals, making it safe for sensitive skin and kids too.
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)
Pros: Lightweight, soothing, natural ingredients, versatile for skin and hair
Cons: Slightly watery consistency needs careful application
Overall, this is a must-have natural gel for anyone looking for a multi-purpose, gentle, and affordable skincare solution.

Weleda Skin Food Original Review
I’ve been using this cream for a few months now, especially on my hands, elbows, and neck and I honestly can’t imagine my skincare routine without it. The texture is very rich and dense, but when I warm a tiny bit between my fingers it melts just enough to spread beautifully. It gives my skin a deep, soothing moisturization that lasts all night.
One thing I love is how natural it feels: there’s a strong herbal scent (thanks to the chamomile, pansy, and calendula) that feels calming and clean. According to other users too, a little goes a long way even a small dab covers dry patches without feeling like you need to reapply constantly.
On the flip side, because it’s so thick, some say it can feel greasy or leave a slight film if you use too much. A few have mentioned it might not be the best for acne-prone faces:
“Very rich … I use it nightly … but it’s super greasy.”
And one person noted that the strong essential oil scent gave them a headache.
For me, though, the payoff is totally worth it my skin feels plump, healed, and nourished, especially in the colder months. It’s become a go-to for dry skin “emergencies,” and honestly feels like a comforting balm more than a typical cream.
Rating: 4.5 / 5 great for dry, rough skin, but use sparingly if you don’t like heavy or strongly-scented products.

I’ve been using the Mad Hippie Vitamin C Serum for a few months now, and honestly, it’s become a little hero in my skincare routine. My skin is super sensitive, and most Vitamin C serums would make me red or tingly, but this one? Totally gentle I can use it every day without worrying.
The texture is so lightweight and silky, which I love. It spreads easily and absorbs really well, leaving my skin feeling soft but not sticky. And the scent is barely there, which is perfect because I’m not a fan of strong-smelling skincare.
After a few weeks of using it, I started noticing that my skin looked brighter and more even. Those annoying dark spots on my cheeks have faded a bit, and my skin feels more hydrated and plump. I wake up in the morning and actually like how my skin looks it has this healthy, natural glow that I didn’t have before.
What I really like about it are the ingredients. The Vitamin C is gentle enough for my sensitive skin, and the Vitamin E + ferulic acid combo feels like a little antioxidant boost. The serum also keeps my skin moisturized thanks to hyaluronic acid and konjac root, so I feel like it’s doing double duty brightening and hydrating at the same time.
The only thing I’d say is that the first couple of times I used it, I felt a tiny tingling, but that went away quickly once my skin got used to it. Also, it takes a moment to fully sink in, so I just wait a minute or two before layering my moisturizer or makeup.
All in all, this serum really works for me. My skin feels healthier, more radiant, and just… happier. I’d definitely recommend it if you have sensitive skin like mine but still want the benefits of Vitamin C without any irritation.
